How Free Tours Work

Is it necessary to print the receipt I receive by mail?

Some tours or services require a printed voucher, although in most cases it is sufficient to show the voucher on your phone to the guide. This is specific to each activity.

Is it necessary to tip?

In none of the tours it is mandatory to tip your guide, although if you want to do so, you will always be welcome. It is important to keep in mind that in the tours given under the modality of “free tours”, the guides do not have a fixed income and only receive the collaborations that you want to give at the end of the tour.

If I’m late for the tour, will they wait for me?

All tours start on time at the scheduled time and it is not possible to change the start time. On private tours, you can consult directly with your guide and coordinate the schedule that suits you best.

How can I leave a comment about an activity?

Once you have made a tour with us you have the option if you want to tell us your opinion about our services. You will receive a survey by email about 24 hours after 72 hours after the end of the activity, or you can directly enter the page where you booked the tour and write your comments there, they will always be welcome. Are there discounts for retirees, children, handicapped or others?

All discounts are duly indicated in the “more information” section of each activity. Not in all cases is it the same as it generally depends on our local partners.

Theft, loss or damage during a tour

Is it necessary to complete the payment to book a tour?

The reservation is considered complete once the user makes the payment successfully. You can not book or attend an activity without paying the price of the tour in advance.

How long before booking?

It is possible to make a reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start of the tour, although it is always better to do it in advance since this way you can guarantee your place, especially during the high season.

What does the price per group mean?

When a tour is advertised with “group price”, it means that your reservation costs the same for one person or for several, since what is paid is the guide and the vehicle if applicable.

Can I book on behalf of another person?

Whether you want to make a gift or help someone in your reservation, the only thing you should indicate is the data of the person who will perform the activity instead of yours. In the payment information you must indicate your data so that the transaction is completed correctly.

Can I change the date of a reservation?

If for some reason you have to change the date and time of your reservation do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible so we can manage your modification in the reservation.

Can I hire the guide for another activity?

What does “Free Tours” mean?

A free tour is a guided tour in which you will visit different points of the city with a tour guide. This type of tour does not have a fixed price, but it is not free either, but you are the one that puts the price when the tour ends in the form of a tip towards your guide.

What is the starting point of the tour?
